It sad when your with a company for over 11 years and loyal to them, how they turn around and thank you by giving you(the customer) horrible customer service/support. I've been trying for the last week to get someone at cpi to help me setup a secondary pin pad code, with zero success.

Today at 11:24am l get a call from there retention dept to find out why l wanted to cancel my contract. As l gave my explation, she said she would call back in 20 min. to walk me through the setup. I can tell you that as of right now, over 1.5 hours have gone by, and NO CALL.

Very disappointed cpi, way to follow suit with your competition and drop the ball. The only thing you offered that made me choose you over the competition 11 years ago, was your custom service/support.

And you blew that away to. Just have to wait and ride out the contract, and l guarantee you, l will go with a different provider.
