CPI Security - Very disappointed customer
The biggest mistake I have ever made is being suckered into buying a contract with CPI in Charlotte, NC. They misrepresented the contract.
The tech said one thing and HQ later said the tech was wrong and I was bound to an expensive contract for many years. I have had cameras for almost 3 years and they have never worked right. They continually drop signal and lose connection. I have been lied to by the techs, the so called quality control, the customer service and the customer retention personnel.
I have waited on techs to show and they not show. I have wasted days upon days of having to be home so CPI could try and correct the many problems with their system.
DO NOT USE CPI. As soon as my contract is ended I am gone...gone....gone!!!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $2500.
Preferred solution: end the contract without penalty.
CPI Security Pros: Idea of a secure home.

I experienced the same thing with CPI sales man who came to house telling me it was for 24 months and later CPI informs me it was for 39 months! My spouse died and I was forced to sell the house at only one year and two months.
These heartless blood suckers want the entire 39 months of money now! They REFUSED to take less or write it off.
Give your money to someone else. The NC state attorney general needs to investigate these lying crooks.

have been lied to so many times by CPI employees (that includes quality control and retention personnel and techs) that I can't believe anything they say now. You are not a reputable company!!
