The fact that there is no self help on the web site as far as your account goes is a distinct mark against them. Then once you call customer service, they put you hold without even asking and to get anything accomplished is like pulling teeth.

I would not recommend CPI for security services and I will never have CPI service again. My contract has been completed for over a year and yet they are wanting 60 days advanced notice to cancel service.

On top of that, they want you to write a letter and scan or fax it in. They will not just take your word, or an email, or give you a link on the web site to be able to cancel service like most other business allow.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
